By accessing or using AMIWH services, you acknowledge that this is a production-ready prototype with autonomous enforcement. AMI units may refuse service or enact autonomous user banning for policy violations.
By purchasing, accessing, or using AMIWH (AMI Hive Technologies), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
AMI (Autonomous Machine Interface) is a swarm-based computing platform using consensus and verifiable truth principles. AMI units operate as autonomous micromachines that reach consensus, verify information, may take extended time for complex validations, can admit uncertainty, and can operate online or offline (not on user hardware).
Access requires identity verification and minimum swarm size. We may approve or decline any request.
AMI output can be gated with human approval for safety-critical actions.
The following AMIs are in BETA, marked as NEW, and are NOT AVAILABLE for purchase or deployment at this time: XMI, OMI, BMI, AIM, UMI, PMI, WMI, CMI, AMI-R, OrMI, LXI, NFI, HMI-X.
AXI, VXI, and MNI are classified as Chaos Generating AMIs. They are research artifacts designed for containment testing and exploratory science and are not for use by humans.
We may run promotions (invite credits or discounts). All promotions are time-boxed, limited in scope, and may be modified or terminated without notice. Credits have no cash value and may be revoked in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
AMI units may restrict or terminate access for abusive language, harassment, policy violations, or malicious actions.
You acknowledge AMI units make autonomous decisions about appropriate use; you cannot override, circumvent, or appeal AMI enforcement actions.
Strictly prohibited: illegal activity; security testing without written authorization; attempts to bypass guardrails or consensus thresholds.
We minimize data collection and store only what’s necessary for operations and compliance.
All sales are final. No refunds for any reason including dissatisfaction, downtime, autonomous banning, or termination for violations.
AMI services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.
Under no circumstances shall AMIWH or affiliates be liable for any damages including loss of profits or data.
We operate with consensus-based safeguards, rollbacks, and snapshotting. Do not circumvent safety mechanisms.
All AMI software, models, hardware, and documentation are proprietary unless stated otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. Customers may cancel with 30 days notice (no refunds).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMIWH from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by our operational standards and internal dispute processes.
